All products are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).  Shipments are processed within 1-2 days from the date payment is received.   For Personal/Cashier's Checks and Money orders(payable to Zallez Inc.), there's a 7 business day period for payment to clear in our bank account.  Upon processing your order, you will be emailed a Tracking # for your shipment.  If you have any other questions regarding shipping, you can use the Contact form to send us your inquiries. 

 

Shipping Costs
Zallez's shipping costs are divided into 4 categories: men's shoes, Women's Shoes/sandals/flats/sneakers/pumps, Women's Small Boots & Men's Shoes, and Women's Large Boots(all heavy boots that have wedge heel construction). Due to the difference in weight, the shipping costs also differ. Refer to the shipping tables below to find out all types of shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee that your items will pass through customs without delay, but will be happy to assist should this become an issue.

Shipping Times and General Information

Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary.

All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. USPS Parcel Post Shipping is estimated to be 7-12 business days - but can take an extra day to remote areas.

If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. 


How will you contact me regarding my order?

Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgement.

You will receive confirmation of shipment within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Your notification will include the method of shipment and your tracking number. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.


Shipping Areas and Restrictions

Shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska may experience longer than usual delivery timeframes.

We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Only USPS Priority Mail sent to these locations  may take longer than the 2-4 business days indicated in the shopping cart.

Parcel Post service is not available for APO/FPO addresses.


General Information

We have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. If item(s) are returned within seven (7) days of the date customer receives package, we will refund your winning bid amount.  Please note: It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the listings. Requests for substitutes on product won may be accommodated, but must be made prior to completing checkout, and will incur an additional handling fee.

All Return & Exchange requests must include the buyer's email address or the original account's first and last name.

If you cannot find answers to your questions here or in our FAQ's below, please feel free to e-mail us. Please be sure to reference the eBay auction number that you are bidding on with all correspondence.

A: Zallez carries one of the most extensive selections of footwear and outerwear, but our sell-through rates are very rapid. Virtually 100% of product that is in stock has a live listing at all times. If the item is not listed in our website, then we do not have it in stock. Please feel free to use our search tools.

A: The width of each product is usually Medium unless otherwise stated.   


Q: What is the Non-US (i.e. EU) size of this product?

Q: How can I return a product? Do I need an RMA #?
A: Our return policy is clearly stated in every auction. If for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so by sending it back to us at: Zallez Inc, 524 E. Acacia Ave. Suite 3, Glendale, CA 91205. You MUST include the item # of the product and reason for return with returned item. All items are processed by our returns team within 2 business days of receipt. Your Buy It Now or winning bid amount will be refunded via the method that you originally paid unless otherwise requested. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. You do not need an RMA number for returns to Zallez.


Q: What if I need to exchange an item for a different size?
A: Since our inventory fluctuates so rapidly, we cannot always guarantee availability of products for exchanges. If we have it - we want you to have it!   The best practice is to search the item by size in our website and if you find it, buy it and pay in full, then return the item to get refund. . Q: I am bidding on other items - does Zallez offer combined shipping discounts?
A: If you buy one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart.  The combined shipping discount will apply to your order total automatically after you've purchased all your items and are checking out. Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions will be added to a new checkout "cart". 


Q: What is the measurement of this shoe in inches?
A: All items are stocked in our warehouse and not typically accessible to our service team for individual measurement. All available measurements will be noted by our receiving team and listed in the item descriptions.


Q: How much is shipping for this item?
A: Shipping and handling rates are dependent upon the type of product as well as the shipping method you choose during checkout. Rates range from $9.99 (with each additional item FREE) for Parcel Post shipping of shoes to over $45.00 for International Priority shipping. Q: I live near Zallez - Can I just pick up my item to avoid shipping fees?
A: Unfortunately, due to our lease agreement, since our warehouse is not a retail location, we cannot allow local pick-up.


Q: Can I bid if I live outside of the U.S.?
